Odíhg Spsvevzob (Spsvev /zob/ [dagger] [passenger]) is a subtropical Large Town located in Hute Lapezo Parish, Krièvlùji̊ La Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Odíhg Spsvevzob is derived from the Tauric language, as Odíhg Spsvevzob was founded by Zlel Griffiths Beynon, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Odíhg Spsvevzob has a yearly average temperature of 30°C (86°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 34°C (93°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 27°C (80°F). Overview

Odíhg Spsvevzob was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1447, by Zlel Griffiths Beynon. The establishment of Odíhg Spsvevzob was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Odíhg Spsvevzob's construction back out of the project. Zlel Griffiths Beynon pushed on reguardles, and Odíhg Spsvevzob was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Odíhg Spsvevzob was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Spsvevzob is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Odíhg Spsvevzob is buildings are speckled and packed arround restrictive canals streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Odíhg Spsvevzob's exceptionaly well made fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Odíhg Spsvevzob has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Odíhg Spsvevzob ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The people are clearly worried about something, and everyone is either wearing a weapon or has one close at hand. Your gut tells you it’s not mere fate which has caused this town to begin failing...

Civic Infrastructure

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Odíhg Spsvevzob's natural decorations nor waterways.

Odíhg Spsvevzob has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes

A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.

Odíhg Spsvevzob's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

Due to the actions of local Kami, winter is recurring in Odíhg Spsvevzob.

The Ghoul near Odíhg Spsvevzob are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.

Odíhg Spsvevzob's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves drinking to channel Summoning energies of tier 1 via oath swearing.

Odíhg Spsvevzob lost 141 people, 290 livestock, and 71 buildings in the disaster.. The ice rain is generally remembered as the Heartache Rain.
